La Première Brique bonus codes: FLR2AX and LF
La Première Brique is a real estate crowdfunding platform where you can invest from as little as €1. Two bonus codes are currently available to investors:
FLR2AX code: available to new investors, this code gives you 1% cashback on your first project. The cashback is paid a few weeks after you invest.

LF code: for subsequent investments in eligible projects, enter the LF code when you invest (in the gift code field). You will receive an additional 1% cashback.

How to use La Première Brique bonus codes
Using these codes is straightforward. However, you need to follow the right steps to receive all the benefits:
Sign-up and first investment:
Create your La Première Brique account using the referral link. When you make your first investment, the 1% cashback bonus will be applied automatically.
Subsequent investments:
For each subsequent investment, use the LF code (provided the project is eligible) to continue receiving cashback. Enter the gift code below the investment amount. For example, on a €1,000 investment with a base interest rate of 11.5%, the LF code increases your return to 12.5%, giving you an additional €20 over 24 months.

As shown in the image above, La Première Brique sometimes runs boosted offers (at Christmas, for example), with 3% for the referrer and 2% for the new investor. This is a particularly attractive benefit.

Important points to know about referral codes
Project eligibility: not every project is eligible for the LF code. Always check the specific terms of each project before investing. Larger fundraising rounds are generally more likely to be eligible.
Entering the bonus code: the button used to add a bonus code appears after the project page refreshes. Be ready to enter the LF code at the right time so that you can benefit from it.

Is the cashback bonus taxable?
No—and that is excellent news. Cashback is treated as a promotional offer, so you do not need to declare the amounts received.
However, the interest earned on the project is taxable.
