This privacy policy describes how LFL FINANCE, a EURL with share capital of €1,000.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 999 448 160 (SIREN 999 448 160, SIRET 999 448 160 00013), whose registered office is located at 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, processes personal data in connection with the website https://liberte-financiere.net/ (hereinafter the “Site”) and the member area “My Area” accessible at https://app.liberte-financiere.net/ (hereinafter the “Area”).

Data collected and purposes
Browsing the Site (visitors)
With your consent via the cookie banner (“Audience measurement” category), we measure traffic on an aggregated basis: page viewed, domain name (host), referring page (referrer) and a technical session identifier (see Cookies section). Indexing robots are excluded. Purpose: traffic statistics and improvement of the Site. Legal basis: consent. Without consent, this measurement is not enabled.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect your email address and your message in order to reply to you. Purpose: managing the relationship with visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest or performance of pre-contractual measures.
Affiliate links (/t.php)
Sponsorship or affiliate links go through /t.php. When you click, we record the link identifier, any source, the date, the IP address, the browser (user-agent) and the referring page, then redirect you to the partner site. Purpose: measuring link traffic and affiliate remuneration. Legal basis: legitimate interest. These links are clearly used within an affiliate / sponsorship framework.
“My Area” account (Member Area)
If you have an account, we process in particular: name, email address, password (stored securely in hashed form), role and access rights, data related to the use of the Area (depending on the features enabled for your account). Purpose: authentication, provision of the service and administration. Legal basis: performance of the contract or legitimate interest.
Login is possible by email/password or via Google (OAuth). If you log in with Google, we receive your identifier, email address and displayed name from Google, in accordance with the permissions you grant.
Password reset
If you request a reset, your IP address may be included in the email sent to the Site administrator, for security and anti-abuse purposes.
Cookies and local storage
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. A banner allows you to accept, refuse or customize optional categories. Operational details are on the Cookies page.

When logging in via Google, cookies may also be placed by Google on its own domains (accounts.google.com, etc.). See Google’s privacy policy.
When you log out, the lfl_token cookie is deleted.
Audience measurement (optional)
If you accept the “Audience measurement” category, a technical identifier may be stored in the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage, key lfl_pv_session) to group together page views from the same visit. This is not a cookie. Without consent, no page statistics are sent.
YouTube media (optional)
Embedded videos do not load YouTube until you have accepted the “YouTube media” category via the banner, or clicked “Play the video” (this click constitutes consent for this media). After activation, the player uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain; data (including the IP address) is then transmitted to Google. See the Google / YouTube privacy policy.
Remembering your choices
Your cookie preferences are saved locally in your browser (localStorage, key lfl_cookie_consent) so that you are not asked again on every visit. You can change them at any time via the “Manage cookies” link (footer) or the Cookies page.
Management via the browser
You can also refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings. Refusing login cookies prevents access to the Area.
Embedded content from other sites
In addition to YouTube (see above), Site articles may embed other content hosted elsewhere. When third-party content is actually loaded, the service concerned may collect data as if you were visiting its site directly.
Recipients and hosting
The data is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus).
Service providers may act as processors or recipients depending on the case:
- Hostinger — hosting of the Site and the Area;
- Google — OAuth login, sending emails (Contact form, password reset) when configured, and YouTube if you enable an embedded video;
- Partner platforms — when you click an affiliate link (
/t.php), you are redirected to the relevant site, which becomes the controller of its own data.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention periods
- Page view statistics: retained for the time necessary for traffic analysis (aggregates).
- Contact form: for the time required to process your request, then limited archiving if necessary.
- My Area account: lifetime of the account; deletion or anonymization upon request or in the event of closure, subject to legal obligations.
- Affiliate link clicks: duration necessary for statistical and accounting tracking of the affiliation.

Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French “Data Protection Act”, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (where applicable), and withdrawal of your consent (where processing is based on consent).

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (secure HTTPS connection, hashed passwords, httpOnly session cookies, etc.). However, no transmission over the Internet is entirely risk-free.
